Common help topics

1. Premium subscription help

Activera Premium is managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage, cancel or update your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

2. Cancelling Premium

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through Apple or Google. See our Subscription Terms for step-by-step cancellation instructions.

3. Refunds

Refunds for Apple App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. If you are unsure where you subscribed, email us and we will try to help you find the correct route.

4. Account deletion

To request account deletion, visit Delete Account or email support@getactivera.com from the email linked to your account.

5. Bug reports

When reporting a bug, include your device model, iOS/Android version, app version, what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead.

6. Safety

If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or unusual discomfort during exercise, stop exercising and seek medical advice if needed.
