Is Activera for beginners?
Yes. Onboarding asks about your experience, schedule, and equipment, then recommends a plan, including a low-intimidation Beginner Gym Full Body option with machine and dumbbell work.
Can I train at home?
Yes. Home Workouts needs no equipment at all (with a pull-up bar variant), and Dumbbell Only covers full home training with just a pair of dumbbells.
Does Activera include gym plans?
Yes: Beginner Gym Full Body, Gym Upper/Lower, Push Pull Legs, Machine-Focused PPL, and a classic Bro Split, each with multiple weekly schedules.
What does Premium unlock?
The full exercise library, demo videos with form guidance, the full exercise picker for custom plans and mid-workout swaps, per-exercise strength history, full workout history, and the monthly calendar with missed-day tracking.
Can I make my own plan?
Yes. The custom plan builder supports weekly schedules and rotating cycles, with your choice of exercises, sets, reps, and rest times.
Is the app available on iPhone and Android?
Activera is now available on the App Store. Google Play is currently in closed testing and will be available publicly soon.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
