Delete Account
You can request deletion of your Activera account and associated app data.
How to request deletion
You can start account deletion inside the Activera app by going to Profile → Delete Account.
You can also request deletion by email. Email support@getactivera.com from the email address linked to your Activera account.
Please use this subject line:
Delete my Activera account
In the email, include:
- the email address linked to your Activera account;
- a short confirmation that you want your account deleted.
What we delete
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise:
- your Activera account profile;
- workout history and exercise logs;
- bodyweight logs;
- saved exercises and saved plans;
- custom plans;
- app preferences linked to your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, security or app store compliance reasons. We may also retain anonymous or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Activera account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Deleting the app from your device does not cancel it either. You must cancel your subscription separately through Apple or Google — see our Subscription Terms for step-by-step instructions.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention or app-store compliance reasons. We may need to verify that you control the account email before deleting data.
