Subscription Terms and Auto-Renewal Disclosure
This page explains how Activera Premium subscriptions work. This is intended to be a clear subscription disclosure for users before and after purchase.
Auto-renewal notice: Activera Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
1. What Activera Premium includes
Premium may include access to:
- the full exercise library;
- full exercise instructions;
- exercise history;
- previous-set history during workouts;
- monthly workout calendar;
- full workout history;
- Premium training plans;
- custom plans with the full exercise library.
2. Subscription plans
Activera may offer monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions. The exact price, billing period and currency will be shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet before you confirm purchase.
3. Auto-renewal terms
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged according to the plan and price shown at purchase.
- If a free trial or introductory offer is available, it will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial or offer ends.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in Apple or Google account settings.
- Deleting Activera or deleting your Activera account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
- If you cancel, you may continue to access Premium until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Apple or Google states otherwise.
4. How to cancel on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name / Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Activera.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
5. How to cancel on Android / Google Play
- Open the Google Play app.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Activera.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed by those platforms. Refund requests must usually be made through Apple or Google. Activera does not receive your full payment card details and usually cannot issue direct refunds for app store purchases.
7. Price changes
If subscription pricing changes, the relevant app store will show any required notice or consent flow according to its rules. You can cancel before a new price applies if you do not wish to continue.
8. Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting your Activera account removes or anonymises app account data according to our Privacy Policy, but it does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Cancel your subscription separately through Apple or Google.

For subscription support, email support@getactivera.com. For billing or refund issues, Apple or Google may need to handle the request directly.
